4. Barındırma ve alt işleyiciler
- Kimlik doğrulama: Google Firebase Authentication
- API / oyun verisi: Hetzner Cloud (Almanya / AB) VPS — api.decidomatch.com
- İsteğe bağlı mesaj çevirisi ve görsel kontrol: OpenAI. Çeviride düz metin + hedef dil. Sohbet fotoğrafı veya video karesi yüklenirken ve şikayet incelemesinde görsel gidebilir. Kimlik/profil gönderilmez
- Anlık bildirim: Expo (bildirim cihaz anahtarı ve bildirim metni; teslim Android’de Firebase Cloud Messaging, iOS’ta Apple Push Notification service üzerinden)
- Hata izleme (opsiyonel): Sentry
- Web sitesi: Hetzner Cloud (Almanya / AB) — decidomatch.com
- Sesli oda çevirisi: Çeviri botu açıksa konuşmanın kısa ses parçası yazıya dökülmek ve çevrilmek üzere OpenAI’ye gider
- Sesli ve görüntülü arama, ses odaları: Kendi LiveKit sunucumuz (Hetzner, AB). Ses ve görüntü yalnız katılımcılar arasında iletilir
- Uygulama içi satın alma: Apple App Store, Google Play ve RevenueCat (satın alma kaydı ve uygulama kullanıcı kimliği). Kart bilgilerin bize gelmez
- Mobil uygulamada reklam: Google AdMob (reklam kimliği ve cihaz bilgisi; ödüllü reklam doğrulaması). Web sitesinde reklam yoktur
5. Hukuki sebepler (KVKK md. 5)
- Sözleşmenin kurulması ve ifası: hesap, oyun, eşleşme, sohbet, arama, satın alma
- Hukuki yükümlülük: kayıt tutma, resmi taleplere yanıt
- Meşru menfaat: güvenlik, kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi, moderasyon, hata izleme
- Açık rıza: isteğe bağlı çeviri, bildirimler ve mobil uygulamada kişiselleştirilmiş reklam. Rızanı ayarlardan istediğin zaman geri alabilirsin
6. Yurt dışına aktarım (KVKK md. 9)
Oyun verisi ve web sitesi AB’de (Almanya) barındırılır. Google (Firebase, AdMob, Firebase Cloud Messaging), Apple, OpenAI, Expo, RevenueCat ve Sentry’nin sunucuları ABD dahil yurt dışında bulunabilir. Bu hizmetlere yalnız yukarıda yazılan veriler, yalnız hizmeti sunmak için gerekli olduğu kadar gönderilir.
7. Çerezler ve yerel depolama
Web sitesi reklam veya izleme çerezi kullanmaz. Tarayıcında yalnız oturumunu açık tutmak için Firebase oturum bilgisi ile dil, müzik ve benzeri tercihler saklanır. Bunları tarayıcı ayarlarından silebilirsin; silersen oturumun kapanır.
8. Saklama
- Hesap verileri hesabın açık olduğu sürece saklanır
- Hesabını sildiğinde giriş hesabın, profilin, avatarın, arkadaşlık ilişkilerin, özel mesaj (DM) yazışmaların ve sahibi olduğun odalar silinir
- Şikayet kayıtları ve bunlara konu mesajlar inceleme ve olası hukuki talepler için saklanabilir
- Satın alma kayıtları vergi ve muhasebe mevzuatının öngördüğü süre boyunca saklanır
9. Haklarınız (KVKK md. 11)
Erişim, düzeltme, silme, itiraz ve şikâyet haklarına sahipsiniz. Talepler: ykm466@gmail.com
Hesabınızı uygulama içinden Ayarlar → Hesabı Sil ile de silebilirsiniz.
10. Çocuklar
Uygulama 13 yaş ve üzeri kullanıcılar içindir. Bilerek 13 yaş altından kişisel veri toplamıyoruz.
11. Değişiklikler
Bu politika güncellenebilir. Önemli değişiklikler web sitesi veya uygulama üzerinden duyurulur.

3. Purposes

4. Hosting and processors
- Sign-in: Google Firebase Authentication
- API / game data: Hetzner Cloud (Germany / EU) — api.decidomatch.com
- Optional translation and image checks: OpenAI. Translation sends plain text and the target language. Chat photos or video frames may be sent when you upload them and when a report is reviewed. Account identity is not included in that request
- Push: Expo (device token and notification text), then FCM on Android and APNs on iOS
- Crash reporting (optional): Sentry
- Website: Hetzner Cloud (Germany / EU) — decidomatch.com
- Voice and video calls, voice rooms: our own LiveKit server (Hetzner, EU). Audio and video are only relayed between participants
- In-app purchases: Apple App Store, Google Play and RevenueCat (purchase records and an app user id). We never receive your card details
- Ads in the mobile app: Google AdMob (advertising id and device data; rewarded ad verification). The website shows no ads
5. Legal bases
- Contract: account, games, matchmaking, chat, calls, purchases
- Legal obligation: record keeping, responding to authorities
- Legitimate interest: security, abuse prevention, moderation, error tracking
- Consent: optional translation, notifications and personalised ads in the mobile app. You can withdraw consent in settings at any time
6. International transfers
Game data and the website are hosted in the EU (Germany). Google (Firebase, AdMob, Firebase Cloud Messaging), Apple, OpenAI, Expo, RevenueCat and Sentry may process data on servers outside Türkiye and the EU, including the United States. Only the data listed above is sent, and only as far as needed to run the service.
7. Cookies and local storage
The website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser only stores Firebase sign-in data to keep you signed in, plus preferences such as language and music. You can clear them in your browser settings; doing so signs you out.
8. Retention
- Account data is kept while your account is open
- When you delete your account, your sign-in account, profile, avatar, friendships, direct message threads and the rooms you own are deleted
- Reports and the messages they concern may be kept for review and possible legal claims
- Purchase records are kept for the period required by tax and accounting law
9. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your data, and you can object. Contact ykm466@gmail.com.
You can also delete your account in the app: Settings → Delete account.
10. Children
The app is for users 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13.
11. Changes
This policy can be updated. Material changes are announced on the website or in the app.
