1. The service

Decido Match is a mobile game with modes such as Majority, Compatibility, Word Duel, and Daily, plus limited social features (friends, direct messages, group rooms, and in-match chat).

2. Accounts

• The app is for users 13 and older.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
• You are responsible for your display name, bio, chat, and anything you upload.

3. User content

The following are not allowed:

• Harassment, threats, or bullying
• Hate speech or discrimination
• Sexual or violent content that does not belong in the app
• Spam, fraud, or impersonation
• Anything illegal

Moderation: Report content in the app with Report. Reports are stored and reviewed. We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or delete an account.

Blocking: You can block players you do not want to interact with.

4. Virtual economy

Coins and gifts are part of the game; they cannot be exchanged for real money, transferred, or used outside your account. Cheating, exploits or unauthorised coin generation are not allowed.

Purchases: Coin packs and VIP membership are sold in the mobile app through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment, billing and refunds follow the store’s rules; send refund requests to the store you bought from. Because coins are credited immediately, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once delivered, to the extent the law allows.

VIP membership: a monthly auto-renewing subscription. It renews at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

If your account is closed for breaking these terms, unused coins are not refunded. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

5. Deleting your account

Settings → Delete account permanently deletes your account. Deletion cannot be undone.

6. Changes to the service

Game rules, features, and these terms can change. Material changes are announced in the app or on the website.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect damages from reasonable outages, data loss, or third-party outages, except where mandatory consumer rights say otherwise.

8. Governing law

The laws of the Republic of Turkey apply. Courts and enforcement offices in Istanbul (central) have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you may also apply to the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court where you live.
