For account, alerts, calls, and other support topics, we reply to most messages within 1–3 business days. Reports inside the app enter automatic safety review.

Account
Sign-in is email, Google, or Apple. Settings → Account.
Password
Settings → Reset password sends a link to the email account. If you signed in with Google or Apple, the password is not reset here; manage it in that provider’s settings.
Sign out
Settings → Sign out. The account stays; only the session closes.
Delete account
Settings → Delete account. It asks twice. It cannot be undone.
What goes
Your account, profile, friendships, and game data are deleted for good.
When
It only works on an online account. If the connection drops, try again. The session closes after deletion too.
Report
Use Report from a profile, private message, match, or group chat. The report enters automatic safety review. If a violation is confirmed, action can be applied and the record is sent to our moderation dashboard.
What you can report
Insults, harassment, hate speech, spam, or inappropriate content.
Stop it now
To cut contact right away, tap Block. A blocked player cannot message you or send a game invite.
Extra detail
Write the support address if a screenshot or nickname is needed. The app is for ages 13 and up.

Notifications
Settings → Notifications. Messages, friend requests, group invites, match invites, calls, and a friend coming online each have their own switch.
If they do not arrive
Turn on the phone’s notification permission. On Android, turn off battery optimization for Decido. Force-stopping the app cuts notifications; opening it once refreshes the registration.
System
From Settings, open system notifications and check the Decido Match permission. If it is off, nothing lands in the tray.
Call permission
Voice and video calls live in a friend chat and in a room.
Microphone and camera
Joining requires microphone permission. Video also needs the camera. If you denied it, allow Decido Match in phone settings and open the call again.
A call while the app is closed
Keep notification permission on so a call can reach the tray while the app is closed. On Android, a battery restriction can cut that tray notice.
Coins and energy
Rewards live on the server. You need the internet.
Coins
Coins are earned when a match ends, from a daily task, and from daily mode. The balance is written to the account on the server.
Energy
Energy refills over time. The timer follows the server clock. You see it on the home profile and in settings.
Translation and connection
Translate in chat turns that message into the target language. The original stays. In a group voice room, the translation bot can give captions or spoken translation.
App language
Settings can switch the app to Turkish, English, Arabic, or Korean.
Automatic translation
Turn it on and incoming messages are translated into the language you chose. More than 70 languages are available. The original stays.
Translation bot
In a group voice room, invite the translation bot. Pick captions or spoken translation.
Server
If Decido Match cannot connect, check your internet first. If the connection is working, try again in a short while.

Group limits
These are the limits inside the app.
Admins
A group can have at most 10 admins.
Voice room
A group can have at most five voice rooms. A room cannot be closed while someone is still inside.
Polls and the wheel
A group can have at most two open polls or wheels at once.
